Dr. Nicol most recently was the Interim Associate Dean and Associate Professor at the University of Colorado College of Nursing in Denver, Colorado and now is Professor Emerita. Prior to this position, she was at National Jewish Health and Children’s Hospital Colorado both in Denver. Dr. Nicol is recognized as an international expert on skin health and atopic dermatitis. She is a Past President of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association.
