Ms. Aldredge serves as a dermatology NP and director of the Primary Care NP residency program at the Portland VA Health Care System where she has worked for 35 years. She focuses on the management of immune-based dermatoses, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, HS, alopecia and vitiligo. She has served as the past president of the DNA, the SDNP and served on the Medical Advisory Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation. She is passionate about advocating for patients and dermatology nurses in order to improve understanding, increase adherence to therapies and improve quality of life. She owes her foundation in dermatology to the DNA which has provided the amazing opportunity to gain education and make life-long friendships which she counts as the greatest blessings in her career.
