Our beginner course will welcome a beginner mind to the aesthetic practice and approach, by reviewing the landscape, introducing anatomy and safety, reviewing how holistic aesthetic practices treat certain conditions, and introduce to different types of devices from lasers to microneedling to assessment tools and facials. We will have an interactive and detailed review of entry-level skills, as well as resources for additional training.
Learning Objectives:
Describe updates to current safety guidelines for facial injections from emerging evidence review.
Compare and contrast the most common modalities, including brand names, to understand the breadth of available technologies and identify the overlapping themes in their outcomes.
Discuss anatomy by providing details on landmarks, function, and planning treatments.
Consult new patients and review current aesthetic cases to make plans for treatment, skin care product recommendations, and optimal outcomes.

Our advance course will take your aesthetics practice to the next level, in both treatments and business acumen. We will discuss the best practices for stacking treatments (ie, laser, microneedling, PLLA), advanced injection techniques, advanced safety protocols, and business generation and consulting models from two different practice environments for everyone. If you attend the beginner section, you will gain new insight through the advance practice and existing providers can attend the advance session without attending the beginner session if desired.

Describe updates to current safety guidelines for facial injections from emerging evidence review, including rare post-treatment complications.
Compare and contrast common treatments, how they can be combined, safety profiles of combined treatments, and their recovery planning.
Discuss advanced techniques emerging for advanced filler techniques, including product selection, supplies, and reversal considerations.
Consult new patients and review current aesthetic cases to make plans for treatment, skin care product recommendations, and optimal outcomes.
Develop ethical business practices to improve care for patients in the private office setting.
