Psoriasis – NP351

This presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of psoriasis, including pathogenesis, triggers, and comorbidities. We will use a case-based approach to review different presentations of psoriasis, including in hard-to-treat areas, and also presentations in skin of color. The presentation will also provide an evidence-based overview of all treatment modalities including topicals, phototherapy, systemic and biologic therapies as well as patient education pearls to enhance adherence and promote disease remission.

Learning Objectives:
Describe the pathogenic pathways of psoriatic disease.
Identify key immunological targets in psoriatic disease management.
Describe comorbidities associated with psoriatic disease.
