Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and painful skin condition characterized by recurrent abscesses, nodules, and tunnels. HS may be mistakenly attributed to more common diagnoses, such as boils or folliculitis, leading to a delay in diagnosis. This presentation will discuss the key clinical features of HS and how to differentiate this disease from other skin conditions. Current medical and procedural treatment modalities will be reviewed with the goal of equipping you with management tools to implement in the clinic setting.
